Made to fit and flatter your shape
We love them for the personality and colour they add to your look, as well as the confidence a joyful pattern can give. Each season, we curate an edit spanning modern and classic styles. Every design you see is original and exclusive – you won’t find it anywhere else. We’re also one of the few fashion brands printing fabric in house and built our own eco-friendly print factory in 2019. This unique approach means we can be particular about quality and bring you bold, beautiful colours every season. You can feel good about your choices, too – British-based printing means our clothes use far less water and energy than standard methods. Our prints
Prints have always been at the heart of our collections.
We’re proud to bring you fashion with a lighter footprint. Sustainability isn’t a stand-alone part of our business; rather something we integrate into our every decision. From sourcing ethical suppliers to sending almost nothing to landfill, we’re committed to building a greener future for UK fashion. Our achievements were recognised in 2020 when we received a Queen’s Award for Sustainable Development. Find out more about our sustainable initiatives here. Responsible. Sustainable.
We make your clothes using traditional, time-honoured techniques – a precious find among the fast fashion of today. We’ve made it our mission to protect these skills by becoming an Employer Training Provider and offering nationally recognised apprenticeships. Aspiring dressmakers train in our Sewing Academy, picking up skills first-hand from our most experienced team members. We also led the national trailblazer for fashion apprenticeships and helped to establish the new sewing machinist syllabus at both Level 2 and Level 3. We’re proud of our Derbyshire roots and seize any opportunity to support local people. We formed the Christopher Nieper Education Trust seven years ago, allowing us to sponsor schools like the David Nieper Academy. At one time one of the weakest secondary schools in Derbyshire, it’s now one of the country’s most oversubscribed. An employability-focused curriculum fusing academic and vocational teaching makes it an exceptional place to learn – a place where tomorrow’s achievers are made. Passing on precious skills
