David Nieper is still delivering the clothing you love. We’re working safely and hygienically according to government advice, while also ensuring our workers have jobs to go to and that the future of our industry is safe. Deliveries and returns
There may be potential delays with delivery due to the current circumstances. Our customer services teams will update you regarding delivery of your order.
We have extended our returns period, which means you can send back anything that’s not quite right whenever you’re ready. As usual, all of our orders are sent via Royal Mail, which is taking all the necessary precautions in terms of hygiene and contact. You can read what they’re doing here.
Our brilliant seamstresses, pattern cutters, and designers are now back in our sewing rooms and crafting your clothing. There might be a little wait for some styles – after all, we sew them for you by hand – and if that’s the case our customer service team will be in touch.
Our factory shop in Alfreton, Derbyshire, is temporarily closed. We can’t wait to welcome you through our doors again sometime soon, but for now you can browse our online shop or order over the phone.
Our phone lines are open as usual from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday, and between 9am and 5pm on Saturdays. Our lovely team are ready and waiting to take your call.
Safety and hygiene
We’re practicing social distancing and cleaning thoroughly in our offices and factories. We oversee our entire manufacturing process here in Derbyshire, so we’re able to ensure that everyone, at every stage, is following the World Health Organization (WHO) and government guidelines in terms of hygiene, distancing and isolation.
