Sewing Machinist Apprentice
• Friendly family-owned international fashion business
• Level 2 Sewing Machinist Apprenticeship, September start
• 15 month course, likely to lead to permanent employment
• Hours: 7.00am -4.00pm/12.00pm (Later start possible for school leavers)
Enjoy developing for a career in garment making and be paid to learn a wide range of sewing skills, picking up all aspects of luxury garment production. Receive comprehensive training in how to create many different clothing styles in a wide range of fabrics. Benefit from hands-on experience in a unique fashion brand and gain a nationally recognised qualification, accredited by the Institute of Apprenticeships. Our apprenticeship programme is unique. Gaining Approved Employer Training Provider Status in 2019 means we can provide in depth practical training in a real, working sewing room. You’ll learn from our exceptionally skilled seamstresses – many have over 30 years of experience – and become a valued member of our family-owned business. What’s more, you’ll get the chance to become expert in the operation of a range of industrial machines and produce premium clothing using top-quality, responsibly sourced fabrics.

Graphic Artworker
Enjoy working collaboratively, using your artworking knowledge, to be an essential addition to our busy catalogue design studio team. This is an excellent opportunity to put your graphic artworking skills to good use, being responsible for the delivery of creative communication through artwork and administration for both print and digital, helping us to create our premium brand ladieswear catalogues. `
Work within our friendly creative team to deliver all projects from brief to final artwork, ensuring excellent and consistent standards are met at all times. Make full use of your understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, typography and photography, to create beautiful artwork for our fine fashion ladieswear brand. A good eye for detail is essential. Equally important are, strong communication skills and an ability thrive in managing a complex schedule within tight deadlines. Experience in fashion or with premium or luxury brands beneficial. A qualification and/or relevant experience in Graphic Design would be advantageous, and knowledge of the print industry would be beneficial.
Organised and methodical, you will understand the importance of working within brand guidelines to produce the highest quality artwork using your excellent layout and Photoshop skills.

IT Support Technician Apprentice
Earn while you learn and develop your IT skills working with our dedicated, friendly team of IT professionals. Learn how to optimise systems, configure devices and provide an effective IT support service. Gain confidence and wide-ranging technical knowledge and digital skills. A level/GCSE ICT/Maths/Science would be an advantage, as would technical and problem-solving abilities. IT literacy is required to effectively manage tasks and adapt to technological demands. Previous experience in a fast-paced work setting would be useful, but not essential.

Our Ofsted approved apprenticeship programme continues our long tradition of passing on the very best sewing knowledge from one generation to the next. We are an industry leader in luxury garment making skills training. We currently run two nationally recognised apprenticeships: the Level 2 Sewing Machinist and Level 3 Garment Maker apprenticeship.
