Personal Alteration Service

We want to ensure that you get a perfect fit every time, and because we make your clothes here in our Derbyshire sewing rooms, we can offer an alterations service. To arrange an alteration, please call our customer services team.

When you request an alteration we will send your item to you to check the size is right before being altered. We can make alterations to most of our designs, although there are some that cannot be altered, such as knitwear. Please be advised that altered garments are non-refundable and we are unable to exchange them.

Standard alterations

Having your clothes made shorter. We can reduce the length of sleeves or hemlines, from £15.

Special alterations

We can offer longer length hems or sleeves and sizes outside of our standard range of 10-24, from £45.

Free repair service

We’re proud to make high-quality garments designed to look their best for years to come. But accidents happen, so if you’ve broken a zip, split a seam or lost a button or two, we’d be delighted to help you out with a repair.

This free service is offered on a discretionary basis; simply get in touch and tell us how we can help. We’ll be happy to take a look and see if we can extend the life of your favourite pieces.
