Despatch of your order:
Almost all of our garments are made here in Derbyshire, often especially for you. Normally we will send your order by return, however, in the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver your order promptly, we will contact you by telephone or e-mail.

Should you need to return anything please repack in the original packaging or box enclosing our despatch note and simply return to us by post, there is a self adhesive label with our address provided for your convenience.

For your security the Post Office can issue a certificate of posting free of charge for you to keep and it might help if you make a note of the order number in case you need to telephone.
