SKILLED ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT (PART-TIME)
Enjoy being a valued member of our busy, friendly and well established Accounts Department team. This is a varied, responsible and rewarding job, within a fast paced environment, which requires meticulous attention to detail and a high level of numeracy. Use your previous accounting experience, though full training will be provided to learn our bespoke systems.
The Job: All aspects of Purchase Ledger, daily transactions reconciliation, daily & weekly banking, dealing with suppliers, working with Excel spreadsheets/Microsoft Work, month end/ yearly procedures, archiving.
The Person: Confident working with financial data, along with experience gained within a pressured and fast paced financial environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word useful, but accuracy and excellent attention to detail essential. Methodical with good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise own workload. Conscientious, fast and efficient.
